Before embracing counseling, Melody had an extensive professional background in senior managerial roles within the banking and fashion industries. This diverse experience not only honed her organizational and leadership skills but also exposed her to different aspects of human behavior and the complexities of interpersonal relationships.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Melody has been actively involved in mentoring young women in Hong Kong for over 18 years. This role has allowed her to witness firsthand the transformative power of guidance and support in fostering personal growth and empowerment.
As a counselor, Melody holds a strong belief in the inherent potential within each individual to overcome obstacles and achieve a fulfilling and balanced life. She is committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can freely explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal experiences.

Melody’s expertise encompasses a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, self-esteem, and trauma. She tailors her interventions to suit the unique needs and goals of each client, offering individual therapy or couples counseling as necessary.
Drawing from various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic approaches, internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness, and psychoeducation, Melody provides a comprehensive and personalized treatment approach. By integrating these modalities, she equips clients with effective coping strategies, fosters self-awareness, and facilitates positive changes in their lives.
