Counsellor & Performance Psychologist, working with corporates and individuals

As a clinical psychologist, I work with adolescents, adults, and corporate clients who may appear capable and composed on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or emotionally exhausted. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals, students, or individuals navigating intense expectations, burnout, identity questions, or unresolved trauma.

I believe effective therapy combines two essential elements: a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel genuinely understood, and a structured, evidence-based framework that creates measurable and sustainable change. Clients often share that they value both the warmth and clarity I bring to our sessions.

My clinical work includes supporting individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, depressive presentations, trauma-related symptoms, emotional dysregulation, and suicidal ideation. I have experience supporting clients navigating suicide risk and safety planning, and I approach these conversations with steadiness, respect, and care. If you are struggling with thoughts that feel frightening or isolating, you do not have to navigate them alone.

I also bring a strong background in behavioural analysis and structured case formulation. This means we do not only talk about symptoms — we carefully explore patterns, triggers, maintaining factors, and the underlying drivers of distress. Together, we build practical strategies that strengthen resilience, emotional regulation, and psychological flexibility.

In addition, I work within performance psychology, supporting professionals and high-achieving individuals navigating burnout, competitive pressure, role-related stress, and identity-driven expectations. Success and wellbeing do not have to exist in opposition, and our work can help integrate both.

Having lived and worked across different cultural environments, and being fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, I bring cultural sensitivity and awareness to therapy. I understand the complexity of relocation, multicultural identity, and adapting to life in Hong Kong.

Seeking counselling is often a courageous first step, especially for those used to coping independently. Whether you are facing a difficult period, struggling silently with depression or trauma, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, I would be honoured to work alongside you. Let’s work together to build clarity, resilience, and a steadier foundation for your future.
