We often ask others, “How have you been lately?” But do you remember the last time you asked yourself, “How am I really doing?” In the rush of daily life, we often lose sight of our own needs, hiding our true selves behind expectations and pressures. Each counseling session is a journey of self-discovery—a safe space where you can freely explore your emotions and experiences, engaging in a candid dialogue with yourself.
When you feel lost, counseling becomes a supportive companion. With empathy, acceptance, and a person-centered approach, I will walk alongside you to help you reconnect with your inner strength, untangle emotional knots, and embrace your true self. Together, we’ll build new tools to grow through life’s ups and downs and rediscover the beauty and joy that life has to offer.
I specialize in supporting individuals affected by anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment difficulties, and relationship issues. By integrating evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gottman Method Couples Therapy—I aim to help you explore emotions, manage stress, and uncover the root causes of your struggles. Additionally, I am deeply committed to supporting families of children with special needs, offering guidance and parental education to help families navigate their unique journeys.
Everyone’s life story is special, and through counseling, many clients discover their own path and inner resilience. If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d be honored to walk this journey with you.
